The following provisions of section 45(d) are each amended by striking January 1, 2014 each place it appears and inserting January 1, 2015 : Paragraph (1). Paragraph (2)(A). Paragraph (3)(A). Paragraph (4)(B). Paragraph (6). Paragraph (7). Paragraph (9). Paragraph (11)(B). Clause
(ii)of section 48(a)(5)(C) is amended by striking January 1, 2014 and inserting January 1, 2015 . The amendments made by this section shall take effect on January 1, 2014.
