7001 Paragraph
(1)of section 7001 of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 is amended by striking 201(b) and inserting 202(b) . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in section 7001 of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012.
