Section 5 ( 15 U.S.C. 6304 ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking requirements or an alternative requirement in effect under regulations of a boxing commission that provides equivalent protection of the health and safety of boxers: and inserting requirements: ; in paragraph (1), by adding at the end the following: The examination shall include testing for infectious diseases in accordance with standards established by the Commission. ; by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: An ambulance continuously present on site. ; by redesignating paragraphs
(3)and
(4)as paragraphs
(4)and (5), respectively, and inserting after paragraph (2), as added by paragraph (3), the following: Emergency medical personnel with appropriate resuscitation equipment continuously present on site. ; and in paragraph (5), as redesignated by paragraph (4), by striking match. and inserting match in an amount prescribed by the Commission. .
