Except as provided in subsection (b), the amendments made by this Act shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act. Sections 205 through 212 of the Professional Boxing Safety Act (as redesignated by section 21(b)(1)(A)), as added by section 21(a), shall take effect 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act.
