(a); Actions by Attorney General .— in subsection (b)(3), by inserting any officer or employee of the Commission, after laws, ; in subsection (c)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting has engaged in or after organization ; and in paragraph (3), by striking under subsection
(b)and inserting under subsection (b), a civil penalty, ; and in subsection (d), by striking boxer and inserting person .
