Section 12 ( 15 U.S.C. 6307d ) is amended— by striking the matter preceding paragraph
(1)and inserting Not later than 7 days after the date of a professional boxing match of 10 rounds or more, the sanctioning organization, if any, for that match shall provide to the Commission, and, if requested, to the boxing commission in the State or on Indian land responsible for regulating the match, a written statement of— ; in paragraph (1), by striking will assess and inserting has assessed, or will assess, ; and in paragraph (2), by striking will receive and inserting has received, or will receive, .
