Section 1139A(c)(1) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b–9a(c)) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs: State-specific information on the annual progress toward, and efforts to overcome barriers to, reporting on all quality measures within the core set of child health quality measures, as updated under subsection (b)(5); and beginning not later than 5 years after the date of the enactment of this subparagraph, State-specific information on all quality measures within the core set of child health quality measures, as updated under subsection (b)(5). .
