Section 2102(b)(1)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397bb(b)(1)(B) ) is amended— in clause (iii), by striking in the case of a targeted low-income pregnant woman provided pregnancy-related assistance under section 2112 ; and in clause (iv), by striking at State option, . Section 2105(c)(10) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397(ee)(10) ) is amended— by striking subparagraph (F); and by redesignating subparagraphs
(G)through
(M)as subparagraphs
(F)through (L), respectively. Section 2112(b)(5) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397ll(b)(5) ) is amended— in the heading, by striking ; and or waiting period by striking or any waiting period and all that follows through receipt of such assistance . The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act.
