Section 1115(b) of title 31, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (9), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (10), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: describe the most recent agency extreme weather plan, as required under section 9902 of this title. . Section 1115(h)(1) of such title is amended by inserting before the semicolon at the end the following: except that, for purposes of subsection (b)(11), the definition of ‘agency’ in section 9931 of this title shall apply .
