Sec. 755. Report on impact of HIV/AIDS in vulnerable populations

The Secretary shall submit to the Congress and the President an annual report on the impact of HIV/AIDS for racial and ethnic minority communities, women, and youth aged 24 and younger. The report under subsection
(a)shall include information on the— progress that has been made in reducing the impact of HIV/AIDS in such communities; opportunities that exist to make additional progress in reducing the impact of HIV/AIDS in such communities; challenges that may impede such additional progress; and Federal funding necessary to achieve substantial reductions in HIV/AIDS in racial and ethnic minority communities.
