Sec. 747. Services to reduce HIV/AIDS in racial and ethnic minority communities

For the purpose of reducing HIV/AIDS in racial and ethnic minority communities, the Secretary, acting through the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Minority Health, may make grants to public health agencies and faith-based organizations to conduct— outreach activities related to HIV/AIDS prevention and testing activities; HIV/AIDS prevention activities; and HIV/AIDS testing activities. To carry out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2015, and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2016 through 2019.
