The Administrator of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration shall— conduct a study to— determine which geographic areas of the United States have shortages of specialty mental health providers; and assess the preparedness of speciality mental health providers to deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate, affordable, and accessible services; and submit a report to the Congress on the results of such study.
