For purposes of this Act, the following definitions shall apply: The term Corps means the National Care Corps established under section 3 of this Act. The term Director means the Director of the Corps appointed under section 3(b)(1) of this Act. The term local Care Corps program means a program funded with a grant awarded under section 10(b) of this Act that hosts Corps members and arranges for them to provide approved services to individuals in need. The term Secretary means the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
