Section 304(a) of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–241 ; 33 U.S.C. 1503 note) is amended by inserting and from before the United States . Section 4(i) of the Deepwater Port Act of 1974 ( 33 U.S.C. 1503(i) ) is amended by inserting before the period the following: or that will supply liquified natural gas to be exported on United States flag vessels .
