Section 221(k)(1) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 421(k)(1) ) is amended by inserting at the end before the period the following: , including standard qualifications for State and Federal decision makers and medical or vocational advisors involved in the disability determination process . The regulations required to be issued as a result of the amendment made by paragraph
(1)shall become final not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act.
