Section 813(a) ( 16 U.S.C. 6812(a) ) is amended by striking and
(i)(except for paragraph (1)(C)) and inserting (i), (l), (m), and
(n)(except for paragraph (5)) . Section 813 ( 16 U.S.C. 6812 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The Secretaries may continue to collect recreational fees in existence on the date of the enactment of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Modernization Act of 2014 for up to 18 months after the date of the enactment of such Act during which time the Secretaries shall bring their relevant recreation fee structures into compliance with the amendments made by such Act. . Section 813 ( 16 U.S.C. 6812 ) is further amended— in subsection (a), by striking section 5(a)(3) and inserting section 6804(a)(3) ; in subsection (d), by striking section 5(a)(3) and inserting section 6804(a)(3) ; in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1)— by striking this Act both places it appears and inserting this title ; and by striking section 7 and inserting section 6806 ; in paragraph (2)— by striking this Act and inserting this title ; and by striking section 5(a)(3) and inserting section 6804(a)(3) ; in paragraph (3), by striking this Act both places it appears and inserting this title ; and in paragraph (4), by striking this Act both places it appears and inserting this title ; and in subsection (f), by striking this Act both places it appears and inserting this title .
