Section 807(c)(1) ( 16 U.S.C. 6806(c)(1) ) is amended— by striking or area each place it appears; in subparagraph (A), by striking 80 percent and inserting 90 percent ; and in subparagraph (B), by adding at the end the following new sentence: The Secretary shall provide notice to the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate whenever an allocation is being reduced. . Section 807 ( 16 U.S.C. 6806 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking this Act and inserting this title ; in subsection (d), by striking section 5(a)(7) and inserting section 6804(a)(7) ; and in subsection (e), by striking section 5(d) and inserting section 6804(d) .
