This Act may be cited as the . Uniting American Families Act of 2013 Except as otherwise specifically provided, whenever in this Act an amendment or repeal is expressed as the amendment or repeal of a section or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to that section or provision in the Immigration and Nationality Act.
