Section 1(a)(2) of the Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp Act ( 16 U.S.C. 718a(a)(2) ) is amended by striking or after the semicolon at the end of subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end of subparagraph
(C)and inserting ; or , and by adding at the end the following: by a rural Alaska resident for subsistence uses (as that term is defined in section 803 of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3113 )). .
