Section 105A(d) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7103a(d) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary of State, acting through the Director established pursuant to section 105(e)(1) of this Act, shall submit an annual report to Congress, which shall include information regarding— child protection compacts under this subsection; countries with which the United States may enter into a child protection compact under this subsection; and assistance provided under this subsection. .
