Section 3 of the Enterprise Integration Act of 2002 ( 15 U.S.C. 278g–5 ) is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsections

(d)and

(e)as subsections

(c)and (d), respectively. Section 28 of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278n ) is amended— by striking subsection (g); and in subsection (k), by striking paragraph (5).
