Subsection
(c)of the Impact Aid Improvement Act of 2012 ( 20 U.S.C. 6301 note) is amended— by striking paragraphs
(1)and (4); and by redesignating paragraphs
(2)and (3), as paragraphs
(1)and (2), respectively. Title VIII (20 U.S.C. 7701 et seq.), as amended by this title, is redesignated as title IV (20 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.), and transferred and inserted after title III (as amended by this Act). The heading relating to title IV of such Act ( 20 U.S.C. 7101 et seq. ) is amended to read as follows: .
