Part E of title I ( 20 U.S.C. 6491 et seq. ) is redesignated as part B of title I. Sections 1502 and 1504 ( 20 U.S.C. 6492 ; 6494) are repealed. Sections 1501 and 1503 ( 20 U.S.C. 6491 ; 6493) are redesignated as sections 1301 and 1302, respectively.
