Section 479(c)(3) ( 42 U.S.C. 679(c)(3) ) is amended— in subparagraph (C)(iii), by striking and after the comma; and by adding at the end the following: the annual number of children in foster care who are identified as sex trafficking victims— who were such victims before entering foster care; and who were such victims while in foster care; and .
