None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to regulate activities identified in subparagraphs
(A)and
(C)of section 404(f)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1344(f)(1)(A) , (C)) or to limit the exemption in section 404(f)(1)(A) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1344(f)(1)(A) ) to established or ongoing operations.
