Section 31311(a)(15) is amended by— inserting
(A)after
(15); and inserting after clause (A), as redesignated, the following: Not later than 10 days after receiving notice from the Secretary that an individual has been disqualified by the Secretary from operating a commercial motor vehicle, the State shall— disqualify the individual from operating a commercial motor vehicle for the period of the Federal disqualification; and notify the operator of the information system under section 31309 of this title to record the disqualification and the violation that resulted in the disqualification. .
