Section 106(b) of Public Law 103–159 ( 18 U.S.C. 922 note) is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking of this Act and inserting of the Promoting Healthy Minds for Safer Communities Act of 2014 ; and by striking paragraph

(2)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated for grants under this subsection $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2018. .
