None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to increase fees pursuant to section 44721 of title 49, United States Code, until the FAA provides to the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations the report related to aeronautical navigation products referred to in the explanatory statement described in section 4 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014.
