Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to Congress a report describing— how to improve the declassification process across the intelligence community; and what steps the intelligence community can take, or what legislation may be necessary, to enable the National Declassification Center to better accomplish the missions assigned to the Center by Executive Order No. 13526.
