Section 3001(b)(7) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 ( 50 U.S.C. 3341(b)(7) ) is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 2014— and inserting 2014, and consistent with subsection (j)— ; in subparagraph (A), by striking to appeal a determination to suspend or revoke a security clearance or access to classified information and inserting alleging reprisal for having made a protected disclosure (provided the individual does not disclose classified information or other information contrary to law) to appeal any action affecting an employee’s access to classified information ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking information, inserting information following a protected disclosure, .
