Section 506B(c) of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3098(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (11), by striking or contracted ; by redesignating paragraph
(12)as paragraph (13); and by inserting after paragraph
(11)the following: The best estimate of the number of intelligence collectors and analysts contracted by each element of the intelligence community and a description of the functions performed by such contractors. .
