Section 3001(b)(7) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (50 U.S.C. 3341(b)(7)) is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 2014— and inserting 2014, and consistent with subsection (j)— ; in subparagraph (A), by striking to appeal a determination to suspend or revoke a security clearance or access to classified information and inserting alleging reprisal for having made a protected disclosure (provided the individual does not disclose classified information or other information contrary to law) to appeal any action affecting an employee’s access to classified information ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking information, inserting information following a protected disclosure, .
