Section 1024 of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3224 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(1), by inserting and Predominantly Black Institutions after universities ; and in subsection (g)— by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (5); and by inserting after paragraph
(3)the following new paragraph: The term Predominantly Black Institution has the meaning given the term in section 318 of the Higher education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1059e ). .
