Not later than January 1, 2015, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall issue a final rule to carry out the following provisions of law: Section 1932(b)(8) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396u–2(b)(8) ) (requiring Medicaid managed care organizations to comply with the mental health and substance use requirements under certain provisions of part A of title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg et seq. )). Section 1937(b)(6) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396u–7(b)(6) ) (requiring benchmark benefit packages or benchmark equivalent coverage to comply with the mental health and substance use parity requirements under section 2705(a) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg–4 )).
Section 2103(c)(6) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1937cc(c)(6) ) (requiring State child health plans to comply with mental health and substance use parity requirements under section 2705(a) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg–4 )).
