Subsection (b)(4) of section 819 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended by striking September 30, 2014 and inserting September 30, 2019 . Subsection
(c)of such section is amended by striking March 1, 2013 and inserting March 1, 2018 .
