Section 711(b)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( 10 U.S.C. 1073 note) is amended in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)— by striking on a biennial basis ; and by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: paragraph
(1)during 2017 and 2020, and at such others times as requested by such committees or as the Comptroller General determines appropriate .
