The Pohakuloa Training Area in the State of Hawaii is hereby renamed the Pohakuloa Training Center . Any reference to the Pohakuloa Training Area in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the Pohakuloa Training Center.
