Subsection
(a)of section 1004 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 ( Public Law 101–510 ; 10 U.S.C. 374 note), as most recently amended by section 1005 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ), is amended by striking During fiscal years 2012 through 2014 and inserting During fiscal years 2014 through 2017 .
