Section 2809 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 (division B of Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 1013) is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting or the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 after this division ; and in subsection (b)(1), by striking the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting December 27, 2013 .
