Section 933 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 830) is amended— in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking before the submittal of and all that follows and inserting or 2015 before the Secretary submits the report required by subsection
(d)and the Director of National Intelligence submits a certification described in subsection (g). ; and in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting and the Director of National Intelligence submits a certification described in subsection (g). ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection: The Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the congressional defense committees a certification that the recommendations of the report required under subsection
(d)are consistent with the cyber operations capability needs of the United States. .
