Section 2576a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)(A), by striking counter-drug and counter-terrorism activities and inserting counterdrug, counterterrorism, and border security activities ; and in paragraph (2), by striking the Attorney General and the Director of National Drug Control Policy and inserting the Attorney General, the Director of National Drug Control Policy, and the Secretary of Homeland Security, as appropriate. ; and in subsection (d), by striking counter-drug and counter-terrorism activities and inserting counterdrug, counterterrorism, or border security activities .
