Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2103(1), the Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations or locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: Army: Inside the United States State Installation Amount California Concord $15,200,000 Fort Irwin $45,000,000 Colorado Fort Carson $89,000,000 Hawaii Fort Shafter $96,000,000 Kentucky Fort Campbell $23,000,000 New York Fort Drum $27,000,000 Pennsylvania Letterkenny Army Depot $16,000,000 South Carolina Fort Jackson $52,000,000 Texas Fort Bliss $46,800,000 Virginia Joint Base Langley-Eustis $7,700,000.
