Section 103A of the Sikes Act ( 16 U.S.C. 670c–1 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: In the case of a cooperative agreement or interagency agreement under subsection
(a)for the maintenance and improvement of natural resources located off of a military installation or State-owned National Guard installation, funds referred to in subsection
(b)may be used only pursuant to an approved integrated natural resources management plan. .
