Sec. 2805. Report on Prevalence of Black Mold in Buildings Located on Military Installations

Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall report to Congress on the prevalence of black mold in buildings located on military installations. Based on the report required under subsection (a), buildings identified in such report as containing black mold shall be added to the appropriate branch’s construction priority list for building replacement or renovation.
