Section 243(b) of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended in the matter following paragraph
(2)by striking at least one-half of the cost of such activities and inserting an appropriate share of the cost of such activities, as determined by the Secretary .
