The Administrator may not integrate or fund the development of any sensor on the Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR) that is not aligned with the spacecraft’s original space weather mission requirements. The Administration may not develop or implement algorithms, or any other applications or products, that— are not aligned with the Deep Space Climate Observatory mission’s intended space weather requirements; or enable Earth at noon images from the spacecraft.
