Except as otherwise provided, in this title, the term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Committee on Financial Services, and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Foreign Relations, the Committee on Finance, and the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate.
