Sections 187 ( 20 U.S.C. 9577 ) and 193 ( 20 U.S.C. 9583 ) are repealed. The table of contents in section 1 of the Act of November 5, 2002 ( Public Law 107–279 ; 116 Stat. 1940) is amended by striking the items relating to sections 187 and 193.
