Section 171 ( 20 U.S.C. 9561 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking paragraph (1); by redesignating paragraphs (2), (3), and
(4)as paragraphs (1), (2), and (3), respectively; in paragraph (1), as so redesignated, by striking of such programs and all that follows through science) and inserting and to evaluate the implementation of such programs ; and in paragraph (2), as so redesignated, by striking and wide dissemination of results of and inserting and, consistent with section 114(j), the wide dissemination and utilization of results of all ; and by striking subsection (c).
