Section 119 ( 20 U.S.C. 9519 ) is amended to read as follows: Not later than 120 days after awarding a grant, contract, or cooperative agreement under this title in excess of $100,000, the Director shall make publicly available (including through electronic means such as posting in an easily accessible manner on the Institute’s website) a description of the grant, contract, or cooperative agreement, including, at a minimum, the amount, duration, recipient, and the purpose of the grant, contract, or cooperative agreement. .
The table of contents in section 1 of the Act of November 5, 2002 ( Public Law 107–279 ; 116 Stat. 1940) is amended by striking the item relating to section 119 and inserting the following: Sec. 119. Transparency. .
